LJ Realty Team Inc. was founded in Queens, New York in 2018 by Lakhwinder “Lucky” Singh. LJ Mortgage Team Inc. followed so the team's buyers would never have to leave the building for financing. Both companies operate from one office in South Ozone Park.

One weekly meeting, one portal, one roof
Every week the realty and mortgage teams meet in the office. The meeting is recorded for agents who are out on showings. Every tool, form, script and training video lives in the Agent Portal. And every buyer an LJ agent brings in can be pre-approved by an LJ loan officer the same day.
